Grass Fed Valley takes a holistic critical thinking approach viewing every part of a Farm business as an interconnected piece of a greater whole.
Following in nature’s footsteps, we believe the health of a business cannot be improved without addressing the root cause.
Partners
Business, as in life, is relationship driven. We are not seeking new business, we are seeking new long-term partners who want to deeply collaborate to heal the soil, provide nutrient dense meals to our local communities, and run a regenerative business that will span generations.
We are equal parts thought partners and action partners, seamlessly transitioning between the two depending on each situation’s need.
Context
Every Farm is unique. While there is useful experience that can be shared across Farms, we understand that every Farm is at a different point in their journey. We excel at meeting the Farmer and Farm where they are at.
Context is key. When advising on business decisions, any advice given without deep contextual understanding is bound, at best, to create unintended consequences and, at worst, misguide the business.
Be Comfortable with the Uncomfortable
Hard work is uncomfortable. Not knowing the answer is uncomfortable. We embrace both, not because they are easy but because we understand lasting growth and experience cannot be achieved without this.
Our goal is to take whatever part of the uncomfortable and unnecessary burden that has been placed on Farmers and help carry the load.
